As Van Slyke explained to Gulfshore Business, “We can accommodate all the lifestyle needs in 3300.” Residences ranging from just under 2,000 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet for a full-floor penthouse offer flexibility for those relocating to Naples or seeking a second or third home.
Construction progress is adding another layer of momentum at 3300 Gulf Shore. By September 2026, the project had moved into vertical construction, marking a more visible phase of development along Gulf Shore Boulevard as the residences continue advancing toward completion.
The project is also seeing encouraging early sales activity. Speaking with Gulfshore Business, Van Slyke said, “We are at over $60 million in hard contracts on 3300, so we’re excited about that, off to a good start.”
