Three Penthouses Sell at New Boutique Waterfront Development on ‘Miracle Mile’ in Naples

A trio of penthouses has sold at a new boutique waterfront development along the “Miracle Mile.”
While the homes didn’t go for record prices, they fetched more $40 million combined.
They’re in a luxury condo development known as 3300 Gulf Shore in Naples.
The development’s name comes from its address, sitting off Gulf Shore Boulevard North, in the Moorings.
The site is within a roughly 1 mile stretch of the road, dubbed the “Miracle Mile,” after it showed such resilience in the face of so much devastation from Hurricane Ian. The area is seeing big changes, with a flurry of new development, as it recovers and evolves in the aftermath of the storm.
Behind 3300 Gulf Shore is Kolter Urban, a Florida-based real estate development and investment firm.
The firm announced the penthouse sales on Tuesday, via a press release, saying they marked a “major milestone,” with a transition from reservations to contracts.

Now, there are two penthouses left.
The development will have 51 residences in total, with 18,000 square feet of amenities. Prices start at $3.7 million.
Amenities will include a wellness club with fitness and flex training studios, a yoga room, and a sauna and steam room. There will be two resort-style pools, along with a spa and cold plunge.
